Between Adventures

Adventures are all very well and good, but some times the best times are those spent wandering the gently rolling paths between adventures. This is where the tellers rest, and recurring characters amuse each other with anecdotes of their former escapades; when the stories past are over and done, and the next is just beyond the bright and distant horizon.

A little illustration I did "between adventures" if you will. Tough a more accurate description would be "wedged in between all the other adventures I was having at the same time." Oh woe is the busy life. *fake sigh*

This is Karo and Jeiko, two of my oldest characters. I hadn't drawn either in a while and I felt like revisiting them. Karo is a greater water dragon, or Orca Dragon, an ancient dinosaurian species, and Jeiko is… well… well there's a whole story behind what Jeiko is, and I'm working on it. Suffice to say she's (way) more than she appears, and leave it at that. But both she had Karo make appearances in ~AngeldevilManga in the second volume.
